In this journey, he has worked with some of India’s largest advertising and PR agencies such as Ogilvy and Mather and Perfect Relations in several leadership roles apart from being a strategy advisor and consultant for PR and Marketing Communications, with numerous power brands and large corporations across sectors such as Technology, Telecom, Banking, Healthcare, Aviation Tourism, Hospitality, Entertainment, and FMCG in India and across the world in different countries


As a Communications Consultant and Strategy Advisor, Dev helps clients discover the right tools, strategies and channels that can make for powerful communications to their stakeholders, touching lives and influencing behavior.


Apart from his advisory function, Dev has clocked, nearly 700+ training hours with more than 80 top corporates and Institutions in India and abroad. Some of the modules highly appreciated by clients include Media Handling Skills Workshops, Crisis Communications and Readiness, Communications Capacity Building and Employee Engagement Series for organizations, Communications Strategy and Innovation Workshops and Leadership Image Building and Skills Enhancement Workshops.


A postgraduate in social sciences, Dev holds a Mass Communications degree from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi. He is also a passionate speaker in top management schools, apart from being a part time mentor in the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad incubator for Start-ups and Social Entrepreneurs, to help them overcome their go-to-market market challenges

Rituparn is an innovative inter-disciplinary solutions designer and execution expert.  He has unique insights on individuals, organizations and processes. He is a strategic thought leader, out-of-box thinker and experimentation practitioner and believes inimportance of maintaining existing knowledge. He firmly believes in  human-endeavor, individual learning and understanding context & purpose as the core driver for dramatic change. 

He has worked in consumer durable, auto-components, customer service and IT industries, with his last assignments as Asia Pacific Process Excellence Head for Post-Sales Support & Supply Chain and Americas Sales & Sales Operations Customer Experience Head for a technology company. He is supporting a leading NGO on values education for rural children & knowledge management and is on management committee of another NGO. He has an MBA (3-year Part-Time) from FMS Delhi, B.E. (Mechanical) from Delhi College of Engineering, 1-Year Advanced Certificate in Business Analytics from IIT Bombay and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute Bangalore. He has also done courses in COPC, ISO9001, ISO27001, ITIL, Agile, Project Management, Psychology, Social Networks, Gamification, Innovation, Change and Storytelling.

Dipty brings with her over 18 years of national and international work experience in conceptualization and execution of conferences, roundtables, briefing workshops, International delegation visits to India and customized programs and initiatives for corporates, academic Institutions and Governments

The various objectives for these visits included: Networking for entering the Indian market; Show casing their expertise to the Indian business leaders; funding businesses in India through JV’s & partnerships and Mapping and understanding the Indian business scenario.

A graduate of Delhi University, a university topper in her Post Graduate course, she also hold a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication and has received training in creative analysis and problem-solving techniques from Boston Consulting Group
